The following statement outlines the Government College Relations Council (GCRC) policies and principles regarding online privacy. GCRC is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, and to do our part to maintain the integrity of the Internet.

User Registration Information

We think our members understand better than anyone else how GCRC can most effectively serve their needs. Because of this, GCRC makes every effort to allow our members to define the relationship they have with us. We ask our members how they would like GCRC to communicate with them, if at all.

We disclose how we will be using our members' information through documents like this one, or by answering individual questions members may ask. Also, we never sell our members information or provide it to others without making it clear that we intend to do so at the time the information is collected.

Access to Data

GCRC allows members who have provided personally identifiable data, access to their data to ensure that it is correct and to make any changes at anytime through their GCRC membership application.
